OUR RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to fall in love with your new purchase from Ippico Equestrian. If for any reason your purchase is not quite right, we're here to make the return process seamless. Contact us via email on info@ippico.com.au within 30 days for a refund or store credit which is valid for 3 years.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN REQUIREMENTS?

  • Purchases of sale items or factory seconds are ineligible for exchange/refund as per their product descriptions.
  • Item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it in.
  • Item must have all tags and original packaging. Please ensure you pack the goods securely and safely to avoid damage.  

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

  1. Send us an email to info@ippico.com.au with your order number and the product you want to return. 
  2. You will receive an email from us within 48 hours providing information on how to return your item. If you do not receive an email please check your junk folder too.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, we can assist you to exchange your item for a different size or style providing it's available and in stock. Please send us an email at info@ippico.com.au so we can confirm that we have your new size or style available. 

PROCESSING RETURNS

Your refund or store credit will be processed once your return parcel is received; this may take up to 3 business days. If you are wondering if your return has been received, your welcome to send us an email to info@ippico.com.au to confirm we have received your return. 

Refunds will be issued to the to the original payment method, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Postage charges on return requests for refund or store credit are not refundable.

Please note that if you do return your item, discounts are only applicable to orders placed during the sale period and cannot be applied to purchases placed after the sale has finished.

Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our terms of use.

FAULTY ITEMS

Ippico Equestrian does a thorough inspection of all items before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, however, if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@ippico.com.au as soon as possible along with photographic evidence of the fault so we can assess. Naturally, if your product is faulty or incorrect, we will pay for the return delivery of the item.
